The institute launched the 6th “Southern Guangdong Cup” Design Competition in April, 2018. With the theme of “Update of Creativity”, Luntou Village in Haizhu District was chosen as the planning and design competition area in this competition. At 19:00 of May 5, 2017, a special theme concert was staged at the Cancer Prevention and Control Center of Zhongshan University. In the morning of May 25, Li Zhigang, the dean of School of Urban Design of Wuhan University, and his fellows made an informal discussion at our research institute and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
