個人簡介Brief Introduction:
Qian Zhongqiang, male, born in October, 1960, CPC member, graduate from South China University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree, senior engineer in architectural structure, national first-grade registered structural engineer, national registered urban planner, national registered consulting engineer. He is now acting as Party secretary and deputy director of Guangdong Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute and once acted as bureau chief, deputy director of Guangdong Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute, etc. He has long been engaging in urban and rural planning and design of architecture and municipal engineering. He has a solid professional technological foundation and rich project experience. The projects he conducted or participated in have won several excellent prizes at state, provincial or industrial level.

——In 2011, he was conferred the honorary title of “Excellent Party Worker of Guangdong Provincial Authorities”;
——In 2012, he was conferred the honorary title of “Excellent Party Worker of Contending for First Place and Creating Excellence of Guangdong Provincial Authorities”.
