Via several decades’development, the architecture design institute has developed a comprehensive department of multiple professions including architecture design, garden landscape design, controlled constructive detailed planning and so forth. It has won many prizes of national-level and provincial-level, and its projects covered many provinces within China.
The architecture design institute is an architecture monomer design department of Guangdong Urban and Rural Planning Design Research Institute, is one of the core departments of Guangdong Urban and Rural Planning Design Research Institute, and is a comprehensive design institute with complete professions. It has now 42 professional designers, covering the majors of architecture, parks, structure, water supply and drainage, electric and heating and ventilation professions, among which 11 holding senior titles, 6 holding medium-grade titles, 12 holding master’s degree or above.
Its business scope covers urban design, controlled and constructive detailed planning, engineering project consultation, architecture design, garden landscape design, interior decoration and so on, forming a design chain of “One Dragon”. It has in-depth research of architectural designs such as medical treatment and public health, education and scientific research, administrative office, residence, commercial real estate, culture and sports and so on, and is the hit product of our department. (1) cultural construction based on the region---abiding by traditional architectural construction logic, and cultural construction based on the region is the basis of our design; (2) concise and uniform design construction --- abiding by the construction logic of conciseness and unification, pursuing diversity from conciseness, and pursuing unification from diversity is the basic language of modern architecture; (3) persistent engineering construction--- design and construction is a continuous process, so the completion of design is not the end of project but the is the start of engineering construction.
